After so many raves at the City of Auburn City Hall artist opening I know all of you want Super Jude’s fabulous recipe.

Pineapple-Pecan Cheese Ball by Judy Karwhite
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
1 (18.5 oz) can of crushed pineapple drained
1/4 cup of green pepper, chopped fine
2 Tbsp of onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp of salt
Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature then mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill until firm at least one hour then form into two balls wrapping each into foil an refrigerate until served.

Cole Adams is currently teaching craft and creative classes with the City of Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation.
Cole Adams is available for private students in creativity, watercolor and mosaic.

Cole Adams announced her professional career beginning with an open studio show in July. Cole is embarking on a creative career designed to teach expression, creativity and joy-based learning through artistic sessions. She is also showing at multiple festivals, shows and galleries through out the area.
